SMC coaxial connectors have a threaded coupling In particular they are widely used in mobile systems and in video communication and in general, in all those applications which require resistance to vibration. They are suitable for frequencies up to 6 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 ohm. They are made according to CECC 22140 and IEC 169-9.
